This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on the “Rojgar Rakshak Ke Saath” mobile application operated by Rakshak Securitas Private Limited.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made on the App are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment is successfully completed for any service including (but not limited to) registration fees, verification charges, documentation processing, training, or premium services, no refund, cancellation, or reversal will be permitted under any circumstances.
2. No Guarantee of Job Placement
- The App is a job facilitation platform only.
- Payment of any fee does not guarantee job placement, interview, selection, salary, job location, or employment continuity.
- Failure to receive a job offer or employment outcome shall not be considered a valid reason for refund.
3. User Responsibility
By making a payment on the App, the user:
- Acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.
- Confirms that they have read and understood the service details before payment.
- Accepts that payments are made voluntarily and with full consent.
4. Technical Exceptions
In rare cases where payment is deducted but no service is activated due to a proven technical failure solely from the Company’s system, the Company may, at its sole discretion, either:
- Re-activate the service, or
- Adjust the service internally.
Cash refunds will not be issued, even in such cases.
5. Policy Changes
Rakshak Securitas Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy shall be effective immediately upon publication.
