These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the mobile application “Rojgar Rakshak Ke Saath” (the “App”), owned and operated by Rakshak Securitas Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
“Rojgar Rakshak Ke Saath” is a job recruitment and employment facilitation mobile application designed to connect job seekers with employment opportunities, primarily in the security and allied services sector.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and updated personal information during registration.
- The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate any user account found to be in violation of these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree:
- To provide true and correct information including identity, contact details, qualifications, and experience.
- Not to impersonate any other person or entity.
- Not to upload false, misleading, or illegal content.
- Not to misuse the App for fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activities.
Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
4. Job Listings & Placement
- The App acts as a facilitation platform only.
- We do not guarantee job placement, salary, job location, or job continuity.
- Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer/client.
- Rakshak Securitas Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for disputes between job seekers and employers.
5. Fees & Payments
- Certain services within the App may be chargeable (such as registration, verification, or premium services).
- All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
- Payments once made are subject to the Refund Policy mentioned below.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, and software used in the App are the exclusive property of Rakshak Securitas Private Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
- We are not responsible for job loss, non-selection, employer conduct, or third-party actions.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:
- For violation of these Terms
- For providing false information
- For misuse of the App
Termination may occur without prior notice.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our official website.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
